Requests and Authorization

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number, item, reason, and relevant photographs. Obtain approval and the designated address before shipping; our registered office is not an automatic return destination.

Eligibility

Preference-based returns must be unused, complete, unaltered, and suitably protected, with proof of purchase. Opening packaging alone does not disqualify a return. Personalized items, gift cards, disclosed final-sale items, and customer-damaged or incomplete goods may be excluded. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report problems promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, with product, packaging, and label photographs. Confirmed seller errors receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by that error.

Costs and Refunds

Customers pay preference-based return shipping; original shipping is generally nonrefundable. No restocking fee applies. Use tracked shipping. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval; bank posting may take longer.

Exchanges and Cancellation

Exchanges depend on stock. Cancellation after fulfillment begins is not guaranteed. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations incur no cancellation fee.
